CAN THESE BE HUNG?

Although these can be suspended , they are very heavy and not recommended unless it can be done safely. Our smallest ball weighs about 4lb inflated and the large 6ft one about 26lbs. In order to safely secure them we would need sturdy points to anchor, preferably existing within the venue structure (such as industrial ceilings). Please inform us if you’d like to hang your rentals so we may properly advise.

HOW ARE THEY SECURED?

All of our big ball designs are ground supported, meaning they are weighed down at the center often using weights or makeshift bases to ensure the balls stay where they are styled.

We NEVER will rig your balls to a backdrop or furniture rental as that can compromise the safety if the prop is moved or adjusted.

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED?

Delivery is not included and is calculated based on milage to and from our headquarters in Kearny, NJ 07032.

IS BREAKDOWN INCLUDED?

Breakdown prices are included and bundled in the delivery price when quoted. We will deliver, inflate and place your balls where desired. Upon return, we will only deflate and breakdown the balls rented and pack them up.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL?

If you are renting as a vendor, one inflator will be provided to you for every 4 balls rented. No rigging, weights , or tying material is provided.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN STYLING?

When you hire us to style your oversized balls, it includes the ball rentals, material to properly securing and installing the balls safely, placement and install of all balls and additional 10-12 embellishment foils in smaller sizes for more depth.

Do you HAVE PACKAGES OR BUNDLES?

Occasionally, we will bundle balls in packages that can not be altered or changed. Currently, set of 6 professionally styled is $1500 and set of 12 is $2500.

CAN THESE BE OUT DOORS?

Yes! They can be placed outdoors as they are a double layered PVC material. Keep in mind to keep away from sharp objects such as branches and rocks to avoid permanent damage.

CAN THEY GO INTO A POOL?

Yes, they can be placed in a pool.

What happens if we damage one during our rental period?

We have an outlined replacement fee for each size that is sent with your invoice. You will be asked to complete a credit card authorization form as a security measure , in the event of permanent damage during your rental period.
